Liber provisionum, 1771-1808, 1814-1898.

This series deals primarily with the filling of vacancies in parishes and canonries, although there are some entries concerning bishops and prefects. Each entry includes: diocese, dignity, mode of conferral (e.g., per obitum), previous office holder, proposed candidate, a brief description of the candidate, any dispensation accompanying the grant of office. Entries become more detailed regarding age and training in later volumes. There is a break during the Napoleonic period (1808-1814).
